so you file was transferred in October 2018 and due was set to be October 2020 ?
of course, due date gives migration officer a timeframe ; assuming under the perfect circumstances your file will be finalized on that date.

My file was transferred in November 2018 to Etobicoke, 2 times sent request on web forum, called client centre. Answer is always the same - wait and wait. So frustrating, can't live normal life.

sorry i meant july 2019. File was transferred july 2019. File started in Oct 26, 2018. File transferred july 2019. Approaching the one year mark since file transferred.

Note:imagine it was transferred for workload distribution and taking this much long and files which were transferred for eligibility reasons will take forever

Today I called cic they told me file assignated to officer then I asked When assignated date call center staff told he can’t see date on system . But I’m very sure system show date
