Not getting my hopes high but you never know. Like I said know your rights , educate yourself and don’t be on the mercy of an officer. My concern is valid as to how other country members get their applications processed faster. We pay same fees and more or less taxes to the government to run. Don’t be afraid. You are in Canada and you have the freedom of speech. It’s is coz of the people that forced the immigration to change their stance on TRV visas just 2 days after they banned travel although the border agents still didn’t allow spouses to enter. Immigration is ever changing and always has been. Go to canlii.org and you will find so many cases. Rules change and they change coz people bring change. It is for a good cause. Think about it

It doesn’t matter what the content says. When I received my Aor 2 it mentioned that they are handling 17 countries and to be patient. But how do You define patience when other other country members apply after us, get landed before our spouses and start a life. Come on let’s even google charter rights of Canada and it states that everyone need to be treated equally so where is equality in this case. Like I said please take nos our own selfs and follow each other and take the next no. In this way we know how many people are going to email at once so that we can shake things up.

I am also November 10 applicant all stuff done like medical bio-metric, file got transferred in February 20 but after that no update.

Absolutely it's unfair.

Oh it absolutely unfair and injustice but who cares since our own Pakistani Government doesn't care and our Pakistani descent MPA's and Law Makers who are now in Canadian parliament don't do anything for their fellow citizens.

UK Govt has already started easing off restrictions so do they ( LVO ) tooare going back to norm ??
