After some research, I have decided to go for the certificate with an "ALTERNATE Route - Education". In order to do so, I will need an ECA that recognizes my MBA as a Masters's Degree. I did a WES evaluation but that didn't help. Do you know of any other ECA like ICAS, CES, or IQAS that would sign off my MBA as a Masters Degree?

I was interested to know if it can be initiated / completed while in India or any part of it requires one to be present in Canada. I have obtained my PR last year but now back in India and waiting out the Covid-19 situation, hence the thought.

I have 8+yrs HR exp.. Recvd PR last yr and now in India. I started my Alternate Route Exp application from India... Yet to get a confirmation.
