I have questions regarding my Notice of assessment.

Now I am not working because I got lay off due to Covid. In the checklist it says I have to submit NOA if I am working.
I am still going to submit notice of assessment just to show proof that I was working
I don't have NOA for 2019 , I haven't submitted tax file. Should I wait until I get NOA for 2019 or I can submit NOA 2018 ?
If I wait for NOA 2019 then there is very low income because I was out of Canada for 6 months in 2019. Income was approx $6000

Do you think low income for 2019 would be a problem ?

On the CIC Website it is saying that there is no LICO for sponsoring spouse

I was away from Canada because of Medical emergency for myself. I can explain to Immigration officer about this and I have approx $40000 income for 2018 , I can include NOA FOR 2018.

Do you think this would be sufficient ?

There is no LICO for spousal sponsorship. Include your NOSlA for 2018 and maybe add your offer letter and pay stub before COVID 19. That might help.

I have requested offer letter to employer and he is also including in the letter about lay off and will include that they are willing to hire me once it is suitable for them.

Do you think this would be enough ?

Should I explain to Immigration office that why my income was very low. Reason was due to my surgery outside Canada. DO you think this would justify low income ?

Your suggestions would be very helpful

Till now no file transfers. i ordered GCMS on 12 march 2020, no reply yet.
Tried to contact MP but his office is closed due to covid-19.
Everyone got file transferred even they applied after me, i don’t understand whats goin on?please help me.

did you apply for GCMS notes? if you havnt got anything,just search your MP on google and email your file no,tell them your problem.

I am April 2019 applicant and did not get any update after AOR but then I ordered GCMS notes on 14th April 2020 an got them 2 days back and it says they are processing my background check and approved sponsor eligibility and passed medical.
it has been more than 13 months now have no idea how long it's gonna take

MP can help only if you didnt hear anything from immigration for long.they can contact immi. on behalf of you. or email to MP with your file no regarding immi. problem.

That should help.
I dont think you need to justify it but including it should cause no harm as well.
