That is what I said in another post, anyone with DM after March 18 they wont received the PPR anytime close. They are proccessing DM with PPR before that day.
After that is only DM.
so, can I understand in this way? EE applicant can get PPR right now because Express Entry application is the high priority?
It is useless, he is CEC applicant, his timeline is useless for paper-based PNP applicants.
that means is it possible to get ppr for pnp paper based applicants?
No.people are comparing EE & pnp papper application. I dont understand why. Lets discuss about PNP papperbased only

Yes it is. EE is faster than pnp

Right. My point being is, it means that IRCC is still processing applications, but not paper-based ones, which is kinda unfair.

We are trying to see if IRCC is shutdown, which apparently isn't because they are processing express entry applications.
PNP applicant- received my COPR today via email. 19 March was final interview day which never happened due to covid situation but they emailed landing letter today.

Congrats! Would you mind sharing your timeline?

ee applications can be processed when officers are at home, but paper based pnp applications can not be processed when they are home.

How do you know this? They already checked the completeness of our paperwork before they send AOR, right, so there's no need to go through them again? Thr next steps would be the criminality, security and medicals, right? And I'm sure they type all the information in the computer. Correct me if I'm wrong.
