I graduated from University of manitoba, moved to Toronto and currently working in NOC level B job for 10 months. I can't get into Ontario express entry because my score is low.
-do i have a chance of getting PR if I move back to Manitoba and apply for MPNP or manitoba express entry? My IELT is 6,7,6,6

i just waana ask can i update my passport after taking the medical exam as my passport is going to expire in august and due to corona virus passport offices are closed in india.
Thinking of giving medical exams as it is available now a days or wait for offices to open to take a new passport..

You can apply for a new passport. I had renewed my passport while my PR application was in process. Once you receive your passport, you can update IRCC with the scanned copy of your new passport and explaining them the reason.
