Hi Guys-

For SINP, I have Masters in Electrical Engineering(Telecommunications) & Bachelor of Engineering(Electronics & Communication) with an overall IT Experience of 13 years(ranging from S/w Developer,Tech Lead & currently as Senior Architect). Can I claim my NOC under 2171 for all the experience or do I have split between NOC 2174 and NOC 2171. Does SINP consider my degree even or will it be any issue as I don't have Computer science engineering degree? Looking forward for expert advice and suggestions?

• Submitted my SINP EoI on 4th Oct. 2019
• Received ITA on 08-Oct-2019
• Submitted my application on 3rd December 2019
• Received additional documents request on 23rd April 2019
• Submitted additional documents on 30th of April 2019

My total points while submitting the application 70 (IELTS CLB level 8).

Now my question is, my IELTS results will be invalidated by this June 1st as it will be 2 years by then. What should I do if I did not receive my PNP before 1st June?

Alternatively I have my latest IELTS with CLB 7 which is valid till Nov. 2021, with which my SINP points become 68. Do we have provision to submit my latest IELTS in this case, please guide me here, thanks!

SINP will consider only the IETLS submitted when you applied for the application process.

Hopefully but it does not guarantee you receiving your nomination. SINP only uses the IELTS result that has been keyed in as at when you submitted your EOI. Thank goodness, with the recent recent result you are still qualified. So you may only need to update the IRCC after been nominated by the province.

One good thing is, I wrote same concern to SINP support and here is the reply from them

"Please ensure your Exam type submitted is a designated exam and less than 2 years old at time of application. Designated exams include IELTS, CELPIP, and TEF.
The SINP does not need your new IELTS; however, you may want to check if IRCC requires it for your PR application."

From this my action item is "to update my latest IELTS in my IRCC profile by this June 2nd".

IMO, you need not fret about June 2nd. Whether you receive your PNP by June 1st, or not, you will get your 600 points since SINP doesn't need your IELTS anymore to grant you nomination. However, problem will arise when you key in those 600 points back into the IRCC, which may happen anytime, depending on when you actually get the points. Just bear in mind, whenever you want to key in those 600 points in IRCC and you want IRCC to take your profile up in the draw, ensure to have a fresh valid IELTS score THEN, not NOW.

My friend's work experience fits in 1114 and 6235 as he has worked in the banking and insurance sales for over ten years. The challenge is that his first degree is B.SC Sociology. Please can he chose these NOCs that do not align with his field of study? If no, what can he do?

I have a genuine desire to migrate and settle in Saskatchewan Province with my lovely family and we have a close relative who is willing to support our Expression of Interest application.

She recently became a Canadian Permanent Resident a couple of months ago and has been living and working as a Health Worker in Saskatchewan for over a year. The following clarifications/confirmation are required before adding this information in order to claim additional points on my existing Oasis profile;
My close relative recently sponsored her spouse and a dependent son (spousal/parental sponsorship) to migrate to Canada, please confirm that she can still support my Expression of Interest as this only shows my adaptability to the Saskatchewan
Though, she has been living and working in Saskatchewan for over 12 months, she recently became a registered tenant, thus, unable to provide utility bill in her name covering a 12-month period, will any other document suffice or can she provide utility bills not up to 12 months?

Please advice if I can still claim points with such relative.

Unfortunately, she can not support your application as she can only support one application at a time provided she has been a PR holder for not less than 12 months in SK.
Mind you, its not a must that you claim adaptability to SK
