Hi Guys,
My PR file is in process since May 1st .
Currently my restoration of work permit application was refused . What should I do as now I do not have a status

i am under BCPNP
my initial work permit extension got refused and now my restoration is refused too.

I suggest you to contact good lawyer.
Why your work permit extension refused.?
Did your employer paid compliance fees.?

my lawyer applied under BOWP and attached all documents about my PR application being in process.
I talked to a lawyer and they said they can apply a TRP but asks for $7000. I cant decide if i should go for it or just wait for now

If your PNP restricted with employer we cannot apply BOWP
We are eligible only for closed work permit
I suggest you to do not wait may b if our restoration application refuse then we must leave Canada immediately.
Just check one more time and take decision be calm
Don’t worry everything will be good

I cant find any flights right now especially cuz of the travel restrictions. I am wondering how this is gonna affect my PR

My medical was all done back in September 2019 so I would assume that my application might be on last stage.

Try to call IRCC call centre
Explain them current situation and take guidelines from them.

I am kinda scared to do it cuz that would be like informing IRCC that i am out of status and that it would affect my in process file.

that is normal. nobody can see their background check is done or not from GCkey. you have to call them to know if it's done or not.

Did you get DM ỏ Passport request?

Even its illegal to do not inform IRCC about current situation.
Did you get any letter with refusal.?

yes it just says that to be eligible for WP,
You must be in canada and show proff that your PR application is in process and I did qualify for both.
What if they cancel my PR because of this?

Yes so apply for closed work permit.
Tell employer to pay compliance fees
Attach job letter, Valid work permit support letter from PNP, recent 2 pay stubs and AOR email receipt from IRCC.
You will definitely get closed WP

But i cant apply anymore as my restoration period is over. Thats the problem
