Canada’s immigration department is once again open for questions by phone.
Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) phone operations have been down since late March following the implementation of special coronavirus prevention measures throughout Canada.
Now IRCC is once again accepting calls, but at a reduced capacity. Phone lines will be open from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
I am wondering, those who are waiting for DM/PPR, even if we get PPR how will we send our passports as they have stopped taking passports right now due to COVID.
