I am pleased to advise you that your application for permanent residence in Canada is now complete. Congratulations! You are now a permanent resident of Canada!
You can provide a copy of this letter to Service Canada to prove that you are a permanent resident of Canada and in order to obtain a social insurance number. ......

Hi
My parents super visa is expiring in July and August of 2020 and the PR application for both of them is in process since Nov 08 2019
Pls advise as to what to do
Do I have to apply for visit visa inland and if that’s possible? Because I don’t want to send them home during this pandemic
Thanks in advance

@abpcan : were you given a choice between inland interview and sending the passport? Just trying to understand the process a bit better, because i thought you always have to send the passport no matter what.
Both my mother's PGP application (AOR: Oct 2019) and my citizenship application (AOR Feb 2020) are on hold. It is the same for everyone it seems. It feels the whole world is on a pause mode except that we are ageing together.
It is so unfortunate.Hopefully we dont get stuck for long
fingers crossed.
I was checking the Tracker and i see some applications are get moving in the same time line(APP Received June 21).
Alright just getting anxious. Its been so long.

All the June applications are pretty much on hold, regardless of the status. Many June applicants medical passed in Nov/December of 2019 and are still waiting for a decision made on the PR side.

My parents visitor visas are expiring on 3 May. We have applied for extention online. They received their PPRs on 16 March and passports are stuck at CPC-Ottawa since 19 March.

I agree it was confusing and both letters were issued within 4 days and was supposed to complete in 30 days. Both letter also had a note that this is to finalize PR application.
I had contacted CIC and wrote them a letter to confirm if have to go through both processes, no response on emails. CIC call center was also not sure but one of the agent suggested to inform LVO that we are opting out for Inland interview. Agent also told us that IRCC is trying out this New Inland process and officer must have missed interview letter and have issued PPR request.
Then COVID happened and interview got cancelled 3 days prior to interview date. Month letter got a call from Inland office that they are issuing PR. I was quite surprised and asked what else we have to do .. She said nothing else is required from PR point of view. All we have to do is start applying for SIN/Health and send them 2 Photos and they will send us PR Card.
Hi! If your file has temporary number how it is charged after case is opened? Still same numbers without first "X" , or it is completely different numbers?
Hello Folks,
I have a question asking for a friend if anyone has any idea of this. My friend submitted an application for PGP 2019, He was asking if he can add his sibling (younger brother) as a Co-signer, both are PR and single. Is it possible if his brother can be a co-signer to his parents sponsership application as they both are permanent residents and single? He was asking because he's not meeting the income requirement for 2019, if he can add his brother as a co-signer to fulfill income requirement for 2019. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
