No ADR, dependant was included from the start. No PAL. Yes I'm PNP Alberta.

yes manitoba and any adr or adding. They only do nothing almost 18 months

When i called to them, one nice lady said me that some of officer don't procces file because of queue and they stop worked with application since march because of lockdown.
Well, I think we shouldn't expect any good news during this year
