For me they received my file in Dec 2018 and AOR in april 2019 biometrics June 2019 and started processing the file in Dec 2019

Yes there will be delays in MR for sure.

We hope there are no delays due to covid-19. Pretty sure the immigration authorities are processing the applications to the best they can. What is needed is patience at the current moment and hope all goes well.

The world is on pause, be realist! I don't think that MR are priority right now for any health system.

Right now, half of the country is jobless, salaries are reduced, for at least 6 months it'll be very, very difficult to find a job from outside. But you can apply for one of the Quebec's immigration programs, that will keep you busy for next 2 years.
