Marriage/certificate(s) For marriages which took place in Pakistan: The marriage certificate to be submitted is the “Nikkah Nama”. It must bear the Nikkah registry seal as evidence that the marriage has been properly registered by the union council or the relevant government authority in the relevant region. The NADRA (National Database and Registration Authority) issued marriage certificate should be included but is not sufficient evidence on its own. This must be received at this office by: 2019/06/29 > Marriage photos: Marriage photos If you were married according to the rites, customs, and/or traditions of this country, please submit printed photos of the principal applicant and the sponsor with relatives and friends. Photos submitted should include photos of the wedding ceremony (signing of the contract or Nikkah) and customary celebrations held afterwards (the wedding reception or the Rukhsati). Photos should also include pictures taken of the principal applicant and the sponsor together on other occasions, either before and/or after the wedding. This must be received at this office by: 2019/06/29
Im April 2nd applicant. My file completed 1 year. Now my gckey says "your application is taking us longer than usual to process". Im worried because alot of people got their pre-arrival a few days before their file hit the 1 year mark.

On top of the percentage bar, where it was saying how many days u have left before your file completes the 1 year mark, now for me it says "your application is taking us longer than usual to process"

No they didnt ask me for any additional documents. I live in Quebec, the reason for my delay is i am waiting for the Quebec government to approve my sponsorship application, then they will inform IRCC that if i have been approved or not and then IRCC will be able to move forward with my application. Quebec applicants have one extra step. But what i am worried about is the pre arrival because it means they still dont think the relationship is genuine

Not sure though but it is quite possible that since your time was to have notices or confirmation of next stage, at same time Canadian Govt imposed some restrictions or temporary ban or halt on process, the reason is same this pandemic.
I am also on same page where I was about to receive PPR but abruptly things changed.
