My visa office is London and my gckey is showing 99% too. Let's see now. Didnt receive pre-arrival yet

Okay I hope we get something before the month of april ends , also do you think coronavirus is having a negative impact on the application. Dakar visa office is pretty slow too 99% no updates after medical exam passed December 2019

I think there will be a delay because of the Coronavirus but they cant push the delay more than a month i believe or else they will really be behind. Hopefully they complete our files by the end of april or begining of may because my medical will expire in June 15th.

I had sent my additional documents beginning of march. In my gc key it says reviewing the additional documents we provided. Can someone please advise if this is an automatic update on cic or the case officer would have updated it?

The 100% or 99% means very little. It is just a calculation of number of days since your file was accepted over the target 365 days to process. It does not mean it is complete or almost complete.

If the 12 months has passed and you haven't recently received anything, you may want to order your GCMS notes and/or contact your MPs office to see why the delay.

You look up your MP (based on sponsor's residence) and write, call or visit their office. MP is member of parliament.

GCMS is extracts from the case management system. You order it by going to the access to information (ATIP) website. Search for both or either here or on internet to get more info.
