My Citizenship application delivered today by Canada Post, however, signature shows "Covid19" and recipient name being "KH Covid". I understand that Canada Post is rightly not getting the recipient's signature. Also, the delivery status is confusing: shows Delivered at one end and "pending delivery" in the comments section. Should I consider that the package has been received by IRCC?
