I spoke to the agent sometime and this is what she said -

"Your application was accepted one week ago. Now they are preparing it for mail. Please be patient"

Application received - 31st Oct
AOR - 18th Nov.

Maybe our timeline can be useful to some of you. We are located in Germany.

App received - July 2nd
AOR – August 30th
Biometric request- September 6th
SA - September 20th
File moved to MVO - September 20th
CSQ undertaking mailed - September 25th
CSQ undertaking received by MIFI - September 30th
MIFI CSQ AOR - October 11rd (we received the AOR via mail two weeks later)
‍Medical request - November 13th
Additional docs request (including CSQ request, we wrote a letter explaining we send it as soon as we get it)- December 4th
Additional docs uploaded (except CSQ which we didn't have) - December 12th

-Called MIFI to know whats going on on March 11th, the gentlemen kindly informed me that our application was approved and the paper letter should be about to arrive soon-

CSQ approved (date on the Form) - February 25th 2020
CSQ paper version arrived via mail – March 17th
DM - ??? still waiting, no updates on GcKey
PPR - ???? still waiting, no updates on GcKey

Thanks a lot! it gives me an estimate of time .. a record of 140 days since reception. sorry: a record of 169 days since reception. I think MIFI is doing its best to accelerate the process ... anybody else with reception_date/aor between Oct 9 and 22?

As I know you should wait for 3-4 months more

no. it took 6 weeks for my cc to be charged.

Just to give you another data point, my card was just charged yesterday and my app was delivered Jan 24. So could be a bit longer than a week even assuming they continue business as usual.

No, I didn't yet. Mine sent Dec 23, charged Feb 07.

Quick question, did you upload a copy of your CSQ on GcKey when you received the paper version? MIFI mentions they already informed VO of their decision but since VO asked us for the CSQ in December, I thought we're on the safe side if we upload it...

I called MIFI and they said that they are following the AOR date. I called twice to confirm. Last week when i called the guy said its the date they receive the file. Its a longer wait now...my file will complete 12 months in 9 days
