any luck in getting the letter? I'm guessing I'm in the same boat as you, my file is stuck in processing since Jan 31.

I called and left VM but no luck so far.

Hello folks, my parents did their biometrics 1 month back and we submitted PCC and other docs but it still shows no new docs in our online account. Also says fingerprints not received.

Because of the COVID19, the airport is closed down and traveling by car to cross the border to a nearby country to take airplane is not safe.
Regarding my mother, she passed away before they asked for medical, now she rests in peace in Canada forever.

if you see Bio # and expiry date in myCIC means all good. ignore that message.

Regarding to covid-19 if my parents are in Canada and don’t have medical insurance. Would they get accepted to the hospital in case they got infected?

Hello. Check travel shield Canada. My mom is 65 and I got here insurance before she came here in January.

@robertp Good morning. Very happy and excited to share that my parents have received PPR from NDVO today.
Best wishes to everyone here. PA received the email.
As my parents are still here with me until 03 May, will now plan to complete landing formalities after stamped passports are recieved. Will wait and watch situation changing rapidly due to COVID19.
