Apart from transcripts send by university, we also need to send photocopy of degree, my query is regarding envelop size required to send this degree. Can i fold the photocopy of the degree and post it in a small envelop as the degree size is kind of A4 and it's a bit difficult to send it without folding it?

No , do Not fold , there are A4 size cover is available , you should not fold your degree Xerox .
Otherwise it's up to you now

I got mine yesterday.

Final timeline is as follows:

• 13 December 2019: WES profile created
• 13 December 2019: Payment made
• 23 December 2019: Documents delivered to WES (according to courier)
• 30 December 2019: WES acknowledged receipt of documents (only after I emailed to ask)
• 30 December 2019: WES said documents are being processed
• 3 January 2020: WES said documents are under evaluation
• 10 February 2020: WES said they're reviewing my evaluation. The estimated date of completion was 9 March 2020.
• 6 March 2020: WES said my report is under final review. Estimated date of completion was still 9 March 2020.
• 7 March 2020: Finalized. Electronic report available on the website for download, and physical report posted to me.

Yeah, it's quite a relief. I'm officially in the EE pool now. Hoping to be drawn in the next draw, which should be on or around the 16th of March.

I hope so! Otherwise call/email them.

I think maybe because there’s a mistake on the year they put on my certificate accepted that’s why they haven’t updated yet. I just hope everything is rectified and i get it today.

12/09/19 – Sent documents request to University

01/16/20 – University posted my documents to WES

01/22/20 – Arrived at WES per the courier Tracking site

01/29/20 – Called WES to ask why the package had not been received, they told me the documents were definitely there and changed status changed to:

Status: In Progress: We are processing a new package or document for your application

02/03/20 – Called WES to ask why the processing was taking so long, Status changed to:

Status: In Progress: We are reviewing you documents

02/10/20 – Status changed to:

Status: In Progress: We are analyzing and evaluating your documents

02/11/20 – Status changed to:

Status: In Progress: We are reviewing your evaluation

Your evaluation is in progress. You are not required to do anything at this time.

Your evaluation is due for completion on 3/10/2020

03/08/20 – Status changed to:

Status: In Progress: Your report is under final review and your evaluation will be sent to your recipients (s)

Your evaluation is in progress. You are not required to do anything at this time.

Your evaluation is due for completion on 3/10/2020. It will be sent to you and your recipient(s) the same day.

03/09/20 – Status changed to:

Completed: Your Document-by-Document Evaluation (ECA) - Initial Application order is complete and we sent copies of your evaluation report to your recipient(s).

Total from time WES received them to completing report: 40 days
Total time from requesting documents from University: 90 days (delay due to University closing for a month for Christmas)

The final stage is "final review", but for me, that only lasted for a day, or less.

I'm at the same stage, and yes it is the final stage, some people get another stage "Final review" one day before the estimated day, while some don't. My completion date is the 18th, what about you?
