There is always % who get PPR within first 90 days... the % fluctuates bur usually between 5%10% can get PPR within 90 days.

I believe it depends upon your case regarding verifications like if they are not able to verify your education and employment documents which need further clarifications and those things might take some time and hence delay the process

I got my AOR on March 1st
I got my medical exam on Feb 22 but I got my urine test done a week after due to my period. Maybe that’s why...
It will be updated very soon. As you said this may have caused the little delay. Relax all will be fine.
