Thank you ! I have CRS 422 under Canadian experience class stream at EE. In which draw, i need to apply for ONIP ? Currently I am in work permit which is going to expire in this NOV and right now i don't have job offer. Kindly guide me how can i proceed from this point to PR. Much appreciate your input.

Check box 1. An individual applying authorized to work in Ontario
Check box 2. An individual applying as an international student
I am an international student, currently on work permit. Both the options seem to be true.

1. Has the business received a positive LMIA from ESDC for position being offered? Y/N -> if the employer has not applied, then what could be the correct answer.
2. Do we need to upload the proof of previous jobs (written on resume) in supporting docs section?
