On which date MIFI received your file in november?
And when the fees was cut off and did you receive the letter of further verification ? When did you receive it?

I applied through PEQ-Travailleur. Here's my timeline:

26 November 2019 - Application delivered to MIFI
03 January 2020 - File opened, payment accepted
13 January - Notice of further document verification

I've had no news since then. When I call MIFI, they tell me they have no more information than I do. The lawyer I hired to handle my application told me that they filed a complaint for another client two weeks ago, to which the MIFI apparently replied that there is no longer a fixed timeline for PEQ applications - although the MIFI's webpage on PEQ still says a 20 working day processing time. Another lawyer I contacted did say that many people who applied in November seem to be in the same situation.

Me and my friend applied on 20 and 21 november
Fees was cut down on 17th december
And till now no update
Called multiple times and the same thing they tell that its in progress

wondering how long they gonna take .Seems like there is no time limit now...

What was your french level tefaq b2 or a normal french diploma?

Even after tefaq they ask for further verification.

Hi, I also applied on 19th Nov., could you please tell me which documents the MIFI asked for, cause I received no update after the payment. Thanks!

notice of further document verification is a document notifying the applicant that the application processing will resume after processing other prioritized application.
