PPRs are currently being issued for which months?
As per myimmitracker latest PPR being issued for AOR around mid october 2019. Most of the applicants seem to be getting PPR within 110-130 days from AOR.

They didn't mention anything about eligibility.

My AOR is Dec 23rd, My eligibility is not started yet and didn't get any GU. Should I request GCMS notes?

. No mention of eligibility or which CPC/CIO.
I'm at 40% progress now, will just get in touch again with them at 80%

I notice that IRCC seems to be pushing back on status updates once they are within the normal processing times. But sometimes the uncertainty gets too much. What to do?
