Did you get a fedex tracking number when your submitted it at your local fedex? My cousin was able track hers when it was delivered to them and when they send it back using the fedex tracking number onine. Hopefully you did fedex overnight shipping and should get it soon.
For sure it will come but better still alert your ticket officer and be ready to canceal the ticket in case you did not get it on time
Also send web form to ircc and tell them the situation on ground they will reply on time

My AOR date is April 7th, 2019 and i'm still waiting for PPR as well. I applied to be in Toronto, Ontario but my cousin that applied to be in Calgary, Alberta already received hers last month even though her AOR was two months after mine so there really is no way to tell what determines their timelines to process.

Learnt that eligibility was not met as job duties were missing from the employment verification letters. Struggled to get the documents from employers.
Finally submitted the documents via Webform on Oct 15 2019 ADR - Feb 24 2020 Response to ADR - March 2 2020 Medicals passed - March 6 2020 Ready for Visa email - March 9 2020

Yes, they did. In mid February, I called to IRCC and they told me everything was passed, just wait for medicals report extending. And I got Interview email after that.

The last update on the application was on 10th December , on the same date the eligibility was passed and they asked for additional family information IMM5406 the same was uploaded the next day. Ordered GSM notes almost a month ago got them yesterday everything else is done and the security has not even started. Does this mean that they havent touched the file since December or they are already working on the security and they only mention it on the GSM notes once they have finalized it or there are any concerns. Any help will be appreciated.
