Congrats! Why did you redo medicals?

Thank you! I had to redo them because they were expiring on 25th of March. I had used the medicals from my previous application.

IRCC asks you to redo your medicals if you are getting close to their expiry because they want to give you sufficient time on your visa to make appropriate arrangements.

Just got passport request email.
Aor 24th august 2019.
But during my application process i had a baby in oct. However we filled a web form and submitted all required documents for the baby and got an acknowledgement for the same.
Now,
My ircc account doesnt reflect babies name in dependent. Also so far even status has not changed in account.
My question:
How do i find out if my baby has been added as dependent?
Im confused if i should send all three passports?

Hello there! In the first part of your PPR letter, there is an e-mail address where you can send the information in case you had a change in your family configuration while your application was being reviewed. Even if you have already sent the information and got an acknowledgement message from IRCC, I believe it would be better to send a Letter of Explanation along with the forms you already submitted and the IRCC acknowlegement.
Are you an Inland applicant? Is your baby Canadian born?
