Hi, you submitted on Aug 23 and still waiting? Is it not almost twice the expected time?

I followed up through MP. I was told that our file is in Edmonton. In our case we did a mistake of applying online on November 23 but should have applied by paper. We wrote letter regarding the same to IRCC. Now waiting for a result.

Did you write a webform ? And why is your file transferred to Edmonton?

Many. Does not work at all. Online centre cannot access local office.
The reason is that my transcript is not graded.

INLAND APPLICATION

December 13,2019 - Submitted my application
December 17, 2019 - Biometrics done
No interview , No additional documents needed
March 5, 2020 - Approved application ( online )

but i didn't received any msg./email yet of what will be the next process, including how long I need to wait to get the physical copy of the WP.
