My brother is not dependent on mother. He's been working full time and making good money => does not matter he is making money or not, if he under 22 yrs and not married, he is dependant. Not sure why they would count him. Moreover, he's not accompanying my mother=> even he is not accompanying, he will be counted on your family size.. Is there any way I can explain this to officer ?

Just put homemaker and town/country where parent was living.
If multiple addresses, then you can just leave it with homemaker.

So it took 6 months for sponsorship to get approved. I saw people getting approved in a week or so. Mine is in process for more than a month now. Did you receive any communication or did they ask for anything from your side in those 6 months?

Take a chill pill. Charges are not conviction. However if you are required to counseling than you will be officially convicted of felony or misdemeanor or whatever crime occurred. If crown drops charges then it means nothing happened. If courses or anger management classes then it means reduced charges.

My lawyer told me that the charges will be dropped and it won’t be on my record that I had charges ever in my life but to be in crown’s good books and to show him that I am putting efforts to come out of this, I have to take the course.

So what do you think? If I take the course then I will be considered guilty And that will be reported to CIC?

My youngest sister is dependent child to my parents applications .. she was 21 almost 22 when we submitt our application last 2018 .. she's working that time but she stopped because she got pregnant and then now she had baby we included the baby also to the apps .. they already had medical last month!

the passport return envelope hasn't been activate yet on Canada post.
