Hi All,

I am June 14 applicant. My LVO is DELHI and my Sponsorship Application Status is DM but Permanent Residence Application Status is still Application Received . I am worried and this is taking very long for them to send medical request and PCC request. BIO is done already.

Is someone from Delhi Office are in the same situation like me?

I applied for an extension for my mom when she was processing her PR here in Canada. She was holding a tourist visa then, I applied for 2 year extension of stay and it was granted.

Did you give any reasons for extension? And by two year extension, you mean she was allowed to be in Canada for two years! I mean on a tourist visa, the entry is usually for 6 months. I got extension for my mother for 1 year last June and it is expiring this coming June, and I don't know how long her PGP application will take to process.

it is normal normal when PR file assign other then CPC-M VO.
ones NDVO start procession your PR application your PR file ecas will update to "In process".
you will get new In process date for PR file from NDVO.

Hi! We are a mid-June applicant and I still haven't received anything... no way to check ECAS. Is anyone else in this situation? The only thing we received was an email months ago about updating a form because a signature was missing, which we emailed the next day. From this, I have the application number (XF something). I've ordered notes but that didn't give anything I could extract to check ECAS with. I contacted IRCC via email and they responded saying our application hasn't been started processing. Any advice? Anyone else in the same situation?

what is your Medical passed date as per MyCIC?

let me know if you have more questions on this. one thing to note, you have to apply 1 month before the expire of stay. visa will take 3 months, but you can continue to stay on implied status

I'm wondering if they would give back to back extensions on a super visa granted for two years (yes super visa for two years only). Should reasons be given for the extension request?

in your case, CIC NOT transfer your PR file from CPC-M to NDVO. your Sponsorship Application @ CPC-M . But your Parents PR application assign NDVO.

in your case No transfer.

Note: Local VO mention on SA letter is first Local VO assign after Sponsorship approved.

Does anyone know how much times does it take to get the passport back from New Delhi Visa Office after Passport Stamping?
