Hello everyone- this is gurpreet. I am from Brampton, Ontario.

I have applied for citizenship on 2nd December and application received on 9th December. So far no confirmation of application number assigned. Does anyone in this group has got application number.
i have called cic helpline this morning they said we will send application number in this week as they have just started on December last week

Few December applicants had received their AORs and few are still waiting. I am one of the December applicants who is still waiting. Are you a single applicant (or) a family applicant? My observation so far is that: the processing seems to be faster for single applicants than the family applicants.

Please keep in mind that for many people in the "November 2019" have not gotten their AOR yet.

For example, just recently someone who got their Application delivered on November 26, just received their AOR on February 24

That's almost 90 days.

I would advise contacting IRCC when you are close to this number of about 90 days.

It can take up too 3 - 4 months to get AOR. Some Oct and Nov applicants are just receiving AOR. Applications are split amongst CIC agents, some may be faster than some. some may take a few days off and family applications tend to take a bit longer to sort through.

Not very sure..I am applying along with my family my app received on dec 5 and got my air on friday last week..so depending on what we see here u can hope to get it within 1 week..
