Procedure to obtain Saudi Arabia Police Clearance Certificate

Dear Mates,
I am new in this group and has few queries. I will be thankful if someone could guide me and others with there valuable information.

Does Anyone obtain PCC from Riyadh recently after august 2019, Please share your experience/ what is changed from the first elaborated answer from Sahil?
Do I need ITA/any letter from CIC for requesting PCC? how long Saudi PCC is valid?
Do I also need Indian (home country) PCC I am living in Riyadh since 2014.(only annual vacations in India )
Appreciate if anyone can help me through these queries.

Hello guys, I am working and residence in UAE but was assigned here in KSA to work. I'm holding a multiple visit visa for 6 months and allowed only to stay here for 30 days, so i do exit and reentry every month. Should i need to acquire a Saudi PCC? Thanks and hope to help me.

I worked for ABC Company during 2012-2016 and then i left on final exit. After few months, i came back on new IQAMA and since then i have been working for XYZ Company. How can i obtain the PCC when i used to work for ABC Company ?

I have got my authenticated (NBI)
fingerprint card from DFA manila. Do i need to authenticate also to saudi embassy manila before sending it to my representative in saudi to secure my PCC?

To get Saudi pcc one must hold valid Saudi visa and should be present in Saudi to do as per cic. If there is no valid visa Saudi govt won’t give it. You should have valid visa I guess to obtain??

Hey everyone,

I was going through the checklist and found that I need to submit the Police clearance certificate for the person being sponsored, however when I was looking at the procedure to get the PCC from Saudi , canada.ca website says:

“ Do I need to provide a police certificate with my application for permanent residence? No. We will send you a letter requesting a police certificate after you send your Application for Permanent Residence. You must bring that letter when you apply for a police certificate.

A police certificate request letter will be sent to you by mail after your application for Permanent Residence has been received. You must present this letter, along with valid identification and proof of legal residency in Saudi Arabia to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. If they approve you, the letter will give you the address to the police headquarters where you must go and apply in person.

If your application is being processed at the Canadian High Commission in London, you are not required to get a police certificate until the London visa office sends you a police certificate request letter with instructions on how to apply. ”

Now, it’s a bit confusing .. whether I should send the PCC along with the spousal immigration application or I should wait until the London Visa office asks for it ? It’s confusing because the checklist says that the PCC should be submitted with the application.

Secondly, could someone share the procedure for getting the PCC from Jeddah ( for Pakistani National ) ?

Hi, i am residing in KSA from 2017 MARCH , until that time i was in INDIA. What is the process to apply for PCC of INDIA from KSA -RIYADH. Do i need to travel or can get it from the indian embassy over here? Also further guidance needed whether I should wait till I RECEIVE ITA or ratehr start arranging PCCS from now on. For Saudi Arabia, only residents will be issued a PCC. Those who have left will not get one, so no issues. You can just let cic know that you no longer live in KSA..
