Got Aor on 14 Feb, biometric done before 2 days , now cic account showing application submitted !saw ghost update (application updated) once.now again submitted .I request experts please guide , what step it is?and what next?

I got MEP and BIL on Feb 17. Then there was an email notification on Feb 18 ( before I went to give biometric) said that my status got updated. But after I logged in, nothing changed. Does this mean they start to process my application?

I also got the same update after biometrics request. I also don't know what it means

Its a Ghost update, it happens and part of the process. Meaning they are looking at your app, or some kind of event trigger occured.

Ive got an important question,
My noc code which I've applied for is 2251 (architectural technician),
What has flooded my mind is that there is something in its employment requirement mentioned in NOC website which i am confused about!!
It says " A period of supervised work experience, usually two years, is required before certification."
Can anyone inform me about the meaning?
