Hello Guys,
I ordered my GCMS notes since 24/12/2019 and still I didn't received them and I didn't receive any extension notification, is that normal ,
also there is no update in my file since November 1st 2019 , it is now 9.5 months - VO Ottawa
Eligibility :Recommended pass
criminality : pass
Security : not initiated
I sent too many CSE to complain about the delay but nothing happened
so what should I do now

What was your Visa Office (office where your file was processing)?

Did you email them or contacted them thru webform?

My visa office is Manila,Philippines. I sent them an email when i reached 6months and they said that its queued for review. They didnt give me any detailed informations about my email. I sent a webform to Manila vo last january but didnt get any response. I sent an email 2nd week of Feb and they said they couldnt give me any information because its still within processing times. I think its just a generic response. I checked my status thru ircc on-line services but didnt see any information at that time, unlike last year. As in there was no way to check whats going with my application. Then 3 days after got a PPR. No GU, no update since septempber when they received my ADR. My ADR was still "we have received" didnt change to "review". BG--"We are processing"since Aor.

I rang yesterday , the agent said the card is in production queue.
I recon, Its another 10 days...

Thanks a lot. They're getting to the outlanders now, it's a matter of time now.

Once you get the second GU it's practically done, expect PPR within 24 hours for most people.
