I recieved NOI from Ontario in the recent draw (13 Feb). I'm not including my current employment in the work experience section of my OINP application as I don't want to let my employer know that I'll be moving to Canada soon. However, my passport and resume will show that I am currently working with XXX company as YYY. Will Ontario ask me for my current employment reference letter????

You can mention your current employment in work experience and still not required to provide a reference letter. Just explain that in your LoE.

There is no space for LoE in OINP online application......

You are supposed to upload LoE under the "Other Document" section with a comment saying its an LoE. I did the same thing, currently in DIP status.

Yes i applied under skilled trade stream. Don't worry you will get it soon

Hi. I got NOI from OINP on 14th Jan when my CRS was 439. My birthday was on 15th Jan and now I suppose the CRS is 434. Will this create an issue when I accept the NOI and submit the application?

I am also in the same situation with January 2020 draw. Can you please let me know your experience. Did the process need any cover letter to explain the situation??
