Hey, thanks. It worked and under Medical exam it says -

"We did not receive the results of your required medical exam. Check your medical exam request message for details"

But I have 0 messages in "Messages about your application" so this is consistent with the email issue. I never received an email and there are no message here to access the medical request.

Any suggestions on what I can do to sort this?

Please contact CIC call center, alsouse Webform to contact CIC.

CIC Phone # 1888-242-2100. Option 1 for EN & 2-1-3-0. ( try to call in the morning 8:00 AM / use call back option)

Anyone got AOR after Dec 21? I submit my application June 21, 2019, send addition doc Oct 30, still waiting for AOR, I do have a template Application number, still waiting for the official Application Number. calling CIC for few times, always says "addition document is received, no far information is needed" feel that is not normal, but not sure what question should I ask them.

there is no timeline to get AoR or get Ecas status "Appl. received" . you have to wait call center agent will not give you more information.
you can try submit web-form with your Temp file # XF000000000 .

It was issued Jan14,2020?? Its till acceptable.

It hasn’t even been a year. There are some people still waiting for approval for PGP2017 and 2018. All you can do is wait.

Given that the published wait time is 12-24 months nobody is going to investigate further unless you have surpassed the 24 months.

Thanks I have already forward Passport on the address as per letter on February 12 and received by their office on February 13 (As per Canada Post Tracking), Just curious to know if it is separate office apart from where file is processed.

I have also submitted my application on 21st June. My application is linked, as it says application received since 7th Dec 2019... No further update since then..
