LVO always follow Canadian vacations so it will be close on family weekend.
Family Day is not a Canadian Federal Holiday. So Federal Government Buildings are open and should be operating normal schedule. Family Day is only a provincial holiday only for the following provinces; New Brunswick, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan and in British Columbia
So it means they r open today then how come there’s not enough updates today ?
Why no update today
Hello, can anyone help me clarify. My wife will be leaving Karachi this week. She has already received her passport with Canada visa and the confirmation of permanent resident document.
Will she need any other documents when leaving Pakistan?? I have heard she may need to get a protector done? Can anyone please clarify who has been through this process. Thanks
She does not need protector stamp.

Every case is different.
It took 3 months for me to get Pre-Arrival after case AOR2.
Filed moved to LVO on January 13, 2020, almost 5 weeks now, but no AoR2. Is it normal..????

yes, it is . some received a reply within a week and some have to wait for a few months. 5 weeks is not a red sign at all.

Ooohhh, you are absolutely one week earlier to me, mine was moved to LVO on January 13, 2020. I guess they will open the bulk/batch of applications in the same time and send AOR2 and process the same accordingly
Seems like LVO is on collective vacation. It has been so slow since December, almost nothing happening
