My friend has lodged had lodged his file on jan 2019 in arrima. His file was gonna to expire but his file doesn’t expire because they gave him 6months extension. Is there any positive reaction from them or they are extending all the files?

Because most of files would be expired now.

I think they never bother if the files are getting expired. They have another strategy. In my view they have extended files randomly.
