you may get landing interview or passport request.you will get an email for it,if it is interview then may take few weeks.

MR means they have received your medical results...and application status changed from IN PROCESS to APPLICATION RECEIVED means they have moved your file to your local Visa Office

The local visa office will process it. They will send you a medical request. Are you inland?

Hi Nadia,
File moved to local office means when you got your status changed from in-process to application received so they might have moved your file from Sydney Nova Scotia office to Local Visa office like Ottawa or Calgary or if you are outside Canada your country visa offices

I am inland and my status changed after submitting my medical results and now Nova scotia office moved my file to Calgary Office for consideration
