JUNE 2019 *OUTLAND* SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP

Hi all, I have a question related to the sponsorship of spouse.
We submitted our outland application in June 2019 and there was a mistake from my end recently.
I submitted a webform informing cic that my spouse and I have decided apply for a divorce and the application should not be processed further. I was angry for some reason and I did it in a haste. I want to take this back and continue with the application.
How do I let cic know that they should be continuing the application and how do I know if they have taken an action on the application after I submitted the webform?
The application is currently being processed in ndvo.
Any inputs on this will help. Thanks!

If someone can please assist me on this:

I have got my stamped PR visa and will be making my first landing in few days. Can I get married at this point of time? If yes, do I need to inform CIC about the same? Will it affect my PR? Or is it better to come back to home country after receiving PR card from Canada and then start sponsorship for spouse?

If you marry before you land you absolutely MUST update your application and inform them of the marriage. If you do not and you land without declaring your spouse, you would be committing misrepresentation and would not be able to sponsor her in the future ever as she would be excluded from the family class. Absolutely update your application before you land.

Decision made is an absolute Approval. Congrats in order . You would have been requested an interview or Procedural fairness letter if their was any issues or concerns.

Straight DM is 100% approved. Keep checking your email as well as sponsors email. All folders for PPR. Btw we share same app rec date. June 6

Yes DM does mean application approval and PPR from New delhi comes in batches. I am June 13 applicant also got DM today. Hopefully by Friday we will get the passport requests. Because last time when may applicants got there DM’s on Wednesday, they got PPR’s on friday

Check your ECSA (online tool) status. Thonu ajj ya kal DM milgiya huna. Online tool te ja k apda status check karo, june de almost sabhde kal aa gaye aa.

My husband completed biometrics on Oct 7 2019 and medical was completed and approved on Oct 21 2019.. i revd update on Nov 2 2019 that file is transfered to NDVO and they started pricessing Nov 13 2019.. aaj thak sanu koi pre arrival nai aaya.. mostly sareya nu a gaya a.. sadi lawyer khendi ke pre arrival sometimes DM and PPR naal a janda so dont worry.. pata nai kyun inna time laga rehe a.. but shayad this week or next week kuch mile..

You can try applying for GCMS notes? It might give you some information and some peace of mind that the application is moving along.
