Passport sent: 28 Jan
Passport returned: 3 Feb

I am 100% sure I have sent my birth certificate along with my parents', but got an email requesting me to submit it again? Has anyone else had the same experience? Does this mean they've lost it or what?

I was also requested to submit birth certificate and marriage certificate two times, I do not know why they are asking for same documents again and again.
