Assalamu alaikum, my wife' file is sitting in London for the past 2 months. I started the process Jan 2019. I applied for CSQ(Quebec) 2 months ago as well. They really are behind for CSQ. Overall, there is a serious delay. Let's hope things get better Inshallah.
P.S.: I am a Canadian citizen.
So today I got a request for a second medical exam after I got my pre-arrival services, but the medical doesn't expire until April 18th, 2020?
Does this mean my case is delayed?
My timeline below:
PA: Afghanistan
Application Received: February 15th, 2019
AOR1: March 23rd, 2019
MR: March 26th, 2019
SA: March 26th, 2019
Medical passed: April 18th, 2019
BGC: Background check in Process since August 2019
AOR2 from LVO: November 12th, 2019
Pre-arrival Services: January 30th, 2020
Second Medical Request: February 7th, 2020
As you can see my original medical exam is still valid until April 18th, 2020. Do they ask for medical so early on before expiry?

It is really awkward, they don't have any concern with what the hell they are doing with us. I wish we had some forum to raise our voice.
Can we use this link to lodge complaint regarding their slow process esp. for Pak/LVO.
Help please
Being a government employee when and if i get COPR/Visa do i have to resign or can i take leave and travel to canada? Do anyone know if gov employees can travel with COPR?

Hi there, I'm sponsoring my wife from Afghanistan and they are asking for biometrics, did you do any biometrics in Afghanistan or outside of Afghanistan ?
