Yes it is accepted but there is no use to go for upfront medical..it's better to wait for Medical request
Have you tried calling them Mate ?
It could be your security that maybe completed now.

You can for upfront medicals.
No problems with it.
Even if your file is not processed within the timeframe, they will extend your medicals.
This is what they did for me.
You just have to book an appointment with a panel physician and thats it
