My file has been moved to Ottawa local visa office from Sydney after I added spouse to my file. Applied for GCMs note because I am a little worried. I and my friend applied pnp sask in Jan 2019 she got her PR Jan 2020 although she didn’t add spouse just me. I hope I get the PR before June. Anyone with similar timelines or similar situation?
Same category with your friend? Because you added your spouse to your file. That means that it may take a little bit longer.
Single is the fastest case as compared to married or family case. So, this is normal process.
Most Jan 2019 has not received PPR and DM yet except Sinp-outland case. Are you from the first country which is visa exempt countries? If then, security process will be faster.

Status changed november 20 from "You dont need medical exam" to "We are reviewing the results of your medical exam".. Then november 21, gckey status was application/profile updated. After that, I have another ghost update this February 1. Hoping to receive PAL since it is the current trend or perhaps I might have had medical passed this time. Crossing my fingers..

If you are outland applicant then mostly it will be medical passed, if so in gckey it will change from "reviewing medical" to "medical passed" or it could be file transfer to local visa office
Not 100% approval. But yes, you are mostly like to pass like 90% for pr approval unless you got a criminal record and other reasons.
Are you inland or outland? paper pr based?
If you are inland, more chance to get a pr approval. Please, do not move to other province.
Most people get rejected, because they intend to move to other province before landing. Also, avoid to travel your back home country until you get a pr.

Not true! I'm inland, applied January 2019. A lot of inland applicants who applied Jan 2019 received their PR between December 2019 and January 2020 including myself.
