Hi, I'm planning to take one year course in College M in Quebec (which is private college)for early childhood education. Then I will take admission in another college for another course for second year in public college. So how much work permit period will I get ?

It depends. If the first college does not qualify for a PGWP, then you will get a 1 year work permit.
