I just called IRCC for the first time since I submitted my application. She didn't have access to much but said the last note was on Jan 16, 2020 regarding the SSC-AB. Sounds like they received it. Hoping to get SA approval soon.

We got our Immigrant visa, COPR today morning for dad. Thanks for being there throughout the process !!!

I called Canada Border agency about flag polling, he scared the shit out of me. He said that wait can be 8-10 hours at any of the niagara bridges.
Also he said i would be denied visa which in any case i dont need one as a canadian citizen.

Also he said there are only 30 slots a day and only Tues/ Wed/ Thurs. Anyone had experience with this , please share !!!

Due to corona virus, visas are issuing for Asian countries specially China would be delayed a bit so there is no surprise if it takes longer

My ECAS for SA says DM since 1/27 and letter has been sent, but I have not received Biometric request yet.

did you get SA letter? what is your local VO as per SA letter?

Q1 : How long it take for PCC in New Delhi, my parents went to passport seva and submitted the form.

Q2: Do i need to mail the original PCC or can just email the scanned copy ?

Days seem right. There is a line up before 8am so go early. If there is too many people in line and you go after 8am they might turn you down (you can still come back to Canada but you won't be doing any landing). When I did mine 3 years ago I was done before noon and I was towards the end of the line.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have not received the SA letter yet. They have sent it on 1/27/2020. So I guess I will be getting it in mail tomorrow or by Monday the latest.
