PPR to COPR Journey - PPR in JAN/FEB-19

I have sent my passport, how will I come to know that my copr is approved? Will my cic profile get updated even before the return tracker is activated?

Hello,

I recently got a PPR and being a resident of USA living close to New York, i requested submitting my passport at the CVAC in New York. However i am unsure of the address and the link they sent in the official mail.

Visa Application Centre – New York
290 Madison Ave,2nd fl.
(41st Street & 40th Street)
New York, NY 10017
U.S.A. # When googled it redirects to the what i assume in the new CVAC at 145 W 45th St 4th floor, New York, NY 10036

The only reason i picked up New York is the possibility of avoiding mail and in person submission and pickup. My question has anyone experienced this.

I sent in my passport photo today 1/29/2020

I am applying Ottawa, Ontario, anyone else applied there, have a timeline?

Just now received the notification stating - "Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office NEW DELHI, on 2020/01/30 to the Canada Visa Application Centre."

CIC profile has been updated with Application Approved status!

I had a really quick turnaround:
My photos + copy of passport arrived Tuesday 1-28-20. I checked today and CIC profile updated with application approved, and I should receive the return package tomorrow based on tracking information (1-31-2020). I used FedEx from NJ to Ottawa.

what is the best way to contact VFS Delhi in case PR Counterfoil faces a delay ? - Does one call on the helpline and speak to a representative / or does one raise a webform via IRCC or does one just wait, the process is standard and VFS Delhi does not entertain queries for PPR counterfoil tracking minutely ? Please comment...

Current normal trend is 10-15 working days!! But u never know u might get sooner or later.

I know it is highly unlikely that there will be a delay in PR Counterfoil Printing for passport submitted to VFS Delhi, BUT, what is there is a delay, 30-40 days have passed, and the online application tracker just shows 'Under process...' - What then is the best way to contact VFS Delhi ? Or does one contact IRCC Canada via webform? Whom to contact? Moreover, do they even entertain PR counterfoil delay queries or is it just in vain? Everyone please comment....

Wait should be upto 5 days, 5-10 days, 10-15 days? let see! Comment people! I need inputs freely...

The VFS people told me it takes about 10-15 working days.... I am in the same boat as you...

Exact 13 business days in my case for PPR to Counterfoil.

I shall collect my passport with ample oodles and oodles or relief.
