I need some help in filling up AINP 012. If someone can kindly help :
1) what to fill in Additional relative column? - Can I keep it blank
2) I have around 13 years of experience(6 employers) but could get reference letter for last 8 years(3 employers). How many years of experience should I show? - All 13 or just 8 years

Do we need to add isd code along with phone number in the AINP forms?
For eg : I have added the contact as (0091)9xxxxxxxxx. Is it correct?

Just include the country code n number dats all +1 if u are from us followed by ur number

NOC is 2171, has anyone received with this NOC?

QN 2. I showed the ones that I was claiming points on my Express Entry and the rest that I couldn't get. I attached a letter of explanation. For me, my former employers/supervisors had left the company and others just refused to give it me and I wasn't going to wait for them till my deadline. I got my nomination
