Hi,

I am an AIPP applicant waiting for endorsement letter since Oct30th. My birth certificate is not having my name on it and for that I have got an affidavit ready by my parents confirming my name for the same. Will this be of any concerns later(step 2)? Moreover aren't we restricted from having a medical before an immigration officer requests for the same? I heard that they send you a list and we need to get it done from those designated medical centres only.

Will really appreciate If my above two queries are answered.

I don’t know about the birth certificate but you can find the list of the doctors on the Canadian website. It gives you a list of country’s and the panel physicians you can get your medicals at.

- Endorsement Letter: 22nd August 2019.
- PR submission: 5th September 2019.
- Medical request: 7th November 2019.
- Medical submission 5th December 2019. Medical passed: 7th December 2019.
