I completely agree with this comment! As for @dorm_ca, I think that was a typo: it seems the AOR was given in Dec 2018 (because it was mailed in Oct 2018)

Can someone give me the timeframe to obtain COPR after you applied for PR.
Also the timframe to land in canada after you get visas. Thanks
