Means the relationship is genuine according to the officer...
So if medical bio is done
And background is almost done then u will get ppr but background is the last stage

Wow congrats. You have been approved, subject to background checks which is the only thing remaining.

I am waiting for passport request after pre-arrival from one week. It can take anywhere from 1 week to 12 months depending on your case or their concerns. But the average is 2-3 weeks.

Send Application April 2019 , .medical and bio done in May 2019 , file transfer Dec 11 2018 , Got AOR2 Jan 09 ..and i got Pre Arrival by email on Jan 16..

Why don't you write to them asking what holds your decision? It is very unjust what they are doing with you if you do not have any flag on your application. Some people in the forum say you can approach your MP as well.
