There is no official news like this , i am inland applicant and on temp work permit but still we haven't got invitations so you cant predict anything from Quebec government just wait and watch .

Yes the exact date is 16th january.
But it could be in 1, 2 or 3 months, nobody knows.

This date was present in an official letter received by Mon Projet Quebec 2016 applicant who were Quebec resident when MIDI closed their request in june 2019 (Bill 9).
