Hi all, when I try to submit the requested documents through MyCIC, I only see the Principle applicant's (my father) documents to be uploaded.
My mother is listed on that application but there's no "upload" button whatsoever.
Do i need to create a separate application link for the spouse (my mother) so I can submit her documents?
What did you do while uploading both parent's documents? Combined the PDF forms?

Hey everyone, I got a little too excited filling in the PPR stuff and filled in my address on the pre-paid return envelope. Anyone else did this and please tell me that won't be an issue?
@robertp On the tracker the two highlighted colours for Got PCC and IME and Waiting for DM PR- should these both not be the same?
Because if we go on individual links and see "Permanent Resident Applcation" and Applicant waiting for Decision made for PR only those names show up which are highlighted as Light orange for "Waiting for DM PR" on the tracker.. Missing the ones that were highlighted as green with blue word colour- who are actually also waiting for DM..

In the absence of any further doc (school certificate etc), you can provide a notarized witness statement from someone who know about your birth (medical doctor, local officials, family member) with an explanation letter.
Thank you for the suggestion, we applied for birth certificate years after my birth, which they were saying is insufficient, since I don’t have medical records for when I was born, I’m not sure what I can do.
did you have similar experience and the provided notarized witness statement would work as well? do you have any clue of how flexible they are with this? It’s just nearly impossible these days to obtain documents from decades ago.
I am may 14th applicant I was asked same thing on nov 4th, send your school documents or passport where it’s says your parents name n all that, I sent it on nov 5th but since then heard nothing. What’s your application submission day
Thank you for responding, unfortunately I’m from a small town and I don’t have any school documents, maybe had before but never thought of saving them for this use
It says, that I could either send them by email or by MCIC upload . I wanted to use the MYCIC file upload but I don't see the option to upload files for my mom..
@robertp Yes I saw the AO cell but I didn't say anything about medical passed.
Can you please update mine for medical passed as on August 8th 2019 and then I guess it should show up on the mini trackers for Applicant waiting for Decision made for PR. And I think @douwama also has the medical passed status, not sure since when.

Just curious if anybody is in same situation as my parents. Medicals have been passed and it shows on CIC as well. Parents also provided biometrics as required (about 4 weeks ago) BUT on CIC it still shows they need biometrics. The biometrics fields have already been populated. However, on CIC platform, it says Action Required and that they have not received the biometrics yet even though all the fields are populated. I called CIC and they said to contact NDVO for an update. Now I am wondering if NDVO is taking a long time to update CIC or if I should send a webform to confirm that I don't need to do anything else on our end.
